Dennis Lee is currently the Chief Information Officer at Mountain Health Network located in Huntington, WV. He has held various Information Systems roles in leadership and staff roles across various industries and started his career by serving in the US Air Force.
He holds an MBA from Marshall University and is an Adjunct Professor in the Health Informatics degree program. He is currently an At-Large Council Member for the WV Broadband Council, the Past Board Chair on the Executive Committee for the WV Health Information Network, and a Board Member for Thundercloud. His past work also includes Committee Member on the Marshall University Health Informatics Advisory Committee and a former Board Member for the Huntington YMCA.
Dennis, his wife Lindsay, and their son Connor reside in Huntington. They enjoy experiencing zoos and aquariums throughout their travels and are excited for the opportunity to bring a valuable asset to the Huntington community.
My name is Breanna Chandler. I am from Charleston, WV. I am an organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated professional with management and leadership skills and a proven problem solving background. I have implemented several projects, been apart of education and training teams and enjoy every aspect of these details.
Most importantly I am a wife and a mother.
Frances is a registered veterinary technician with a Bachelor's of Science in veterinary technology. She has worked with a broad range of animals and is passionate about education, medicine, conservation, and animal husbandry. Frances and her husband Nathan are local business owners. Together they have led a NY chapter of Trout Unlimited, and are members of the American Killifish Association, supporting continued conservation efforts.
In her free time, she finds joy in going out for ice cream, and movement like yoga, Pilates, and hiking with her family.

Nathan is a business owner, cold-water fishing guide, and exhibit designer. He works in his home state of New York to support public education and conservation of the fisheries. He is an active member of the American Killifish Association, and has worked with the North American Sarracenia Conservancy. From the ground up, he designed and brought to life the nature center at Heritage Farm in Huntington. He is passionate about conservation (on a local as well as worldwide level), environmental enrichment, and horticulture.
In his free time, you'll find him tending his greenhouse, designing planted tanks, and adventuring with his wife and their two dogs.
Matt Gallagher is the Programs Director at the West Virginia Secretary of State located in Charleston, WV. Prior, he worked with the House Leadership Team at the WV Legislature and the Heritage Foundation.
Matt holds an MPA from Marshall University and a BS from Harding University. He has served on several non-profit board of directors and appointed legislative committees. His past work received several awards including State IT Innovation of the Year.
An avid outdoorsman, Matt lives in Charleston, WV with his wife Sarah and their son Amos.
